Flash games

Here are some (what I believe to be) excellent flash games you can play for free in a browser. Good idea to right mouse click and select “open in new tab”.

Please leave a post here for any others you know that are excellent that I might like to include too; which preferably go straight into a full-sized screen game.

Pyramid Solitaire

Idea is to eliminate all the cards by combining two cards that total to 13. The Jack is 11, Queen is 12 and King is 13 (so King can be removed by itself). If you get to the end of the deck, you can start again with a new deck.

Mahjong

Remove all blocks by matching two similar blocks, which are not sandwiched between two blocks, in other words, free.

BlackJack

Also known as “21″. Get to 21 or as close to 21 to beat the banker. Jack, Queen and King = 10. BlackJack is Ace + 10 or face card.

Hexxagon

I used to play this a lot as a DOS program! Capture opponents pieces and gain the majority of the board. Either move a piece or “clone” a piece, when a piece is adjacent to an opponent’s piece it will change theirs to yours, and vice-versa.

ZooKeeper

A bit like Bejeweled and similar games. Quite similar to the NDS version.

Stackopolis

Puzzle Bobble

Excellent version of this classic game. Pop bubbles in same colour as your character is firing.

4 Ball Billiards

Nice billiards type game with good ball physics

8 Ball and Pool

Arkanoid

Breakout clone, very similiar to the SNES version
